You choose the training inputs. AxisAI turns them into a structured plan, validates the weekly shape, and lets you save it to your account.

Select a supported training style, equipment setup, focus, goal, and session length.

Keep the plan in your account so your training days and workout details are ready to view.
The planner uses the choices below when it builds your week. Unsupported combinations are rejected instead of being silently turned into a generic plan.
Choose a weekly frequency from three to six training days.
Plan around supported styles such as general fitness, bodybuilding, calisthenics, functional training, or gym-based powerlifting.
Use a gym, home, or minimal-equipment setup where the selected style supports it.
Set a preferred session length of 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes.
Choose the body focus and program goal that should guide the workout plan.
The output is organized around the whole week, then broken into the details you need for each scheduled session.
Training, rest, and requested cardio days are placed across a complete seven-day schedule.
Each workout day includes its focus, planned duration, and an ordered exercise list.
Exercises include sets, reps, rest guidance, and concise notes for the session.
A one-off exercise list loses the relationship between days. AxisAI builds a complete weekly plan, keeps training and rest days visible together, and saves the plan so you can return to the same structure.
AxisAI checks the generated week against the training-day and cardio allocation you selected before presenting it. Before saving, it checks the seven-day plan structure again.
Use the AI Workout Planner to organize your training week. When you want a separate view of physique progress photos over time, Pump Check gives you a deliberate, qualitative check-in.
Pump Check observations do not modify your workout plan.

Generating one plan does not rewrite the other.
Explore the AI Meal PlannerAxisAI builds a plan from supported preference combinations and a fixed weekly structure. Exercise names are generated plan content, not entries selected from a canonical exercise directory.
The plan is fitness guidance, not medical advice. If an injury, pain, or health concern affects your training, work with an appropriately qualified professional.
Results depend on many factors outside a plan, including execution, recovery, nutrition, and time.
